If you're not satisfied with Webhook Actions Pro for any reason within 14 days of purchase, contact us at [email protected] and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked, provided no more than 5% of your plan's monthly AI credits have been used.

- →No more than 5% of the plan's monthly AI credit allowance has been used. AI credits are consumed on our servers at real cost to us, so heavy use of the included AI is treated as the service having been delivered.

- →Automatic subscription renewals, unless the request is made within 48 hours of the renewal charge.
- →Repeated purchases of the same plan (abuse prevention).
- →Subscriptions where more than 5% of the monthly AI credit allowance has been used.
- →AI credit top-up packs that have been partly or fully consumed. An untouched top-up pack can be refunded within 14 days.

Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. By proceeding with purchase and requesting immediate delivery of the digital product, you consent to the commencement of performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost upon download.
Regardless of this waiver, we voluntarily offer a full 14-day refund window to all customers.
