Refund Policy

Eligibility

• Refund request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Applies to first-time purchases on any plan (Starter, Business, Agency).
• Applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
• Automatic subscription renewals (unless requested within 48 hours of the renewal charge).
• Repeated purchases followed by refund requests — we reserve the right to decline in cases of abuse.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your order email address. A brief reason is optional but appreciated — it helps us improve the product.

We will confirm and process your refund within 1–2 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank or card provider, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

EU Consumer Rights

As a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for digital purchases. By commencing use of the digital license, this right is waived — however, we voluntarily offer the same 14-day window regardless of statutory waiver.
