These Terms of Service govern your use of Webhook Actions Pro (the "Plugin"), a digital product developed and maintained by Web Chicken Mateusz Skorupa / Flow Systems ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using the Plugin, you agree to these terms.
Webhook Actions Pro is a premium WordPress plugin that extends the free Webhook Actions plugin with advanced features including Code Glue, dynamic URL templates, conditional dispatch, and per-webhook retry controls. Licensing and payments are handled via api.wpwebhooks.org.
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin on the number of production sites permitted by your plan. Local and development environments — localhost, *.local, *.test, and private IP addresses — are always free and do not count against your site limit.
Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. By purchasing and requesting immediate delivery of the digital product, you consent to commencement of performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost upon download. We voluntarily offer a full 14-day refund window regardless — see our Refund Policy.
Pro subscribers receive priority email support at [email protected]. Free plugin users are supported via the WordPress.org forum. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days, though response times are not guaranteed.
You may not use the Plugin to transmit illegal content, malicious payloads, or to abuse third-party APIs. You may not circumvent license enforcement, share license keys, or redistribute the Pro plugin without authorisation.
The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, third-party API failures, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Plugin.
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. EU consumer protections apply to customers within the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Plugin ends immediately, though the free GPL-licensed core plugin remains unaffected.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Plugin after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
