These Terms of Service govern your use of Webhook Actions Pro (the "Plugin") and related services provided by Web Chicken Mateusz Skorupa, operating under the brand Flow Systems ("we", "us", "our").
By purchasing a license, installing the plugin, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide a WordPress plugin and supporting licensing infrastructure for webhook delivery, API integrations, event logging, queue management, and workflow automation in WordPress environments.
The Pro license is delivered digitally and activated via an online licensing API at api.wpwebhooks.org.
Webhook Actions (the free version) is released under the GPL license and available on WordPress.org.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin on the number of sites permitted by your subscription plan.
The license is valid for the duration of your active subscription.
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Pro plugin or license keys without prior written permission.
Activating a license on a site constitutes use of one activation slot. Local development environments (e.g. localhost, *.local, *.test, private IP ranges) do not count toward your site limit.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days of the transaction. By starting your subscription or accessing the digital license, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you waive this right of withdrawal once the service has commenced.
We nonetheless offer a voluntary 14-day refund — see our Refund Policy.
We provide support via email at [email protected]. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe. Pro subscribers receive priority support with a direct email response.
Community support for Webhook Actions is available via the WordPress.org support forum.
You agree not to use the Service to:

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
