Per-Webhook Retry Settings

Override the global maximum retry attempt count for individual webhooks.

Set a custom retry limit per webhook from the webhook edit screen. The resolution order is: per-webhook setting → global Pro setting → plugin default (5). Critical webhooks can be configured for more attempts; low-priority notifications can be set to fewer.
