Define unlimited condition rules and groups with AND/OR logic between groups.

Free plan is limited to one condition per webhook with implicit AND. Pro unlocks unlimited rules per webhook, organized into condition groups. Groups are evaluated with AND between rules within a group and AND/OR between groups — enabling complex dispatch logic like "fire only for orders over $100 in category X OR for VIP customers".
